Browser benchmark test
Your browser and hardware shape the result together. ApexMark tests CPU, graphics, memory, browser storage and internet, with the connection shown separately. Run the same protocol in different browsers on one device to compare them.
Run the benchmarkOne run, five measurements
- CPU: verified single-core and multi-core ray tracing, plus a cache lookup test.
- GPU: a checked WebGPU render ladder and a separate verified compute profile.
- Memory: copy bandwidth and dependent-lookup latency across working-set sizes.
- Storage: browser-managed file I/O through OPFS, including cache effects—not raw SSD speed.
- Internet: a bounded transfer test reported separately from the device score.

Frequently asked questions
How long does the test take?
A full run typically takes about two to three minutes. You can also choose a single test.
Is storage an SSD benchmark?
No. It measures browser-managed storage, which includes caches, and is reported separately from the composite score.
